At Untangled, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you can return your item within 30 days of receiving it. Please note the following conditions:

Return Conditions:

1. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

How to Request a Return:

1. Email Us: Send an email to untangledj@outlook.com with the subject line “Return Request: [Order Number].”
2. Include Photos: Attach clear photos of the item(s) you wish to return, showing the condition of the product. This helps us process your return quickly and efficiently.
3. Return Authorization: Once we review your request, we will provide return instructions, including where to send your item.

Refunds:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item. Please allow 7-10 business days for processing.
